Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
This policy explains what personal data Market Strength Scanner (getmarketstrength.com, “we”) collects, why, who it is shared with and the rights you have under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The site is run by Jaynesh Kasliwal, who is the data fiduciary for your data. Effective 20 October 2026.
What we collect

We don’t collect payment card or bank details: AI credit purchases are handled by the payment provider on its own page. We don’t sell your data, show third-party ads or use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Cookies and browser storage
- ms_session: keeps you signed in (30 days). Essential.
- ms_guest: a random id for the free preview before sign-in (90 days). Essential for the preview.
- Browser storage (localStorage) keeps your on-screen preferences and, for Portfolio check, the holdings you upload, which stay in your browser and are not sent to us. Google’s sign-in library keeps its own sign-in state.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that run the site, and only what they need:
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and security for the site.
- Google (Firebase Authentication): Google and mobile-number sign-in. Google Fonts and YouTube (privacy-enhanced embeds) load from Google when you view pages or videos.
- Anthropic: the AI assistant. Your question, earlier turns of the conversation and a summary of the data on your screen are sent to answer it. Your email is not sent.
- An email delivery provider: only if you switch on email alerts.
- The payment provider: only if you buy AI credits, under its own privacy policy.
Some of these providers process data outside India (for example in the United States). We may also disclose data where Indian law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as purchase records). Usage statistics that no longer identify you may be kept. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days or when you log out.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and who it was shared with;
- correct or update it (most of it you can edit yourself in Profile);
- delete your account and personal data;
- withdraw consent, for example by switching off email alerts or deleting your account (this does not affect what was done before);
- nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to.
Write to [email protected] from the email on your account (or tell us your mobile number if you sign in with it). We reply within 30 days.
Grievances
For any complaint about how your data is handled, contact our grievance officer, Jaynesh Kasliwal, at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
The site is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, write to us and we will delete the account.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS, sign-in sessions are signed and can be revoked, and access to user data is limited to the site owner. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page with a new date, and tell signed-in users about significant changes on the site.
